Description
Size: 6ft 5in x 4ft 5in (196 x 134cm).Antique Tekke Turkmen rug of unusual design and colour.
Circa 1920.
The rug has staggered row of octagonal Tekke guls on a brown coloured field, this combination is quite unusual. The border is of the traditional sunburst design.
The rug is in excellent condition with very slight wear and good pile.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
